Do the Holt Algebra 1 teacher and student editions have the same cover?

I'm looking to buy the Holt Algebra 1 Book, teacher edition, and I'm a bit confuzed because the teacher and student editions have different designes on their covers. I need the teachers edition to be the one that exactly matches the student edition algebra 1 (the newer one with the red cover). Thank you!

No, they are not the same cover.  If you compare the second and third links below, you will see the color scheme and design difference between the student edition and the teacher edition.   HOWEVER, the 2006 edition is red, so, you might want to compare more closely.
