Well, the ones who rule the world use groups (such as those mentioned by you and others) and states (and they change them from time to time). Further,they create gray zones where they can easily move un-noticed. Also, they create religions and cults and through them they control their leaders and the masses!

Little things like sports, money, etc., they let the intermediate levels to get satisfaction.

They don't. The Illuminati doesn't exist. Skull and Bones is a secretive fraternity for well-heeled members of the political and economic elite  - in other words, wealthy, well-healed white men. Given that most of our political elite are also wealthy, well-heeled white men who've gone through Ivy league universities, why is it such a big surprise that there's a membership overlap?

I can't prove, accept my answer just like opinion, not answer.

My opinion is that only few people are head of the World, they manipulate with common people trough the mediums, they set own politicians, marionette, give them money, after using of them one they simply baned that one or if become opposite of them interest, they killed them.Democracy is big imagination, food who give head people for common people.
