  1. ...uh dont know but if u can complete it u should be fine

I have asthma  and it has never stopped me from doing stuff... and i am just a lazy bum so it don't matter if i got asthma or not... >_<

  2. I am not a part of the Irish Defense Force, but I am in the military.  Being fit and having asthma is not a show stopper for civilians.  It can be a killer in the military.

True Story:  A recruit in my basic training company never knew he had asthma, until we went on night training.  He had his first asthma attack and the entire training evolution had to stop while the Drill Sergeants and the medics rushed to aid him.  The MEDEVAC bird came down and the flight medics took over.

If we were in combat, he would have been compromised the mission and the lives of everyone involved.

I appreciate your willingness to serve in any free military.  You may be able to join with a waiver and be restricted to going to combat.  You may want to check with the Irish military and see if you can pass the physical with a medical waiver.

    Best of luck.

  3. You are supposed to be A1 but they also want people for hostages.
