Yes. They refuse to buckle under and the hot days of August into September will bring their pitching staff to the fore. It's not a sure thing, but they aren't done yet, either.

No. They can't seem to get a decent winning streak going let alone multiple ones to even keep up in the AL East.

I would say no because there are three solid teams in front of them and they are not the caliber of team with the ability to finish the season such as the Rockies did last year.

Oddly enough, I was noticing the standings earlier and was looking at the AL East and the records from the division.  Not many realize it, but Toronto can either make a run or play spoiler to those ahead of them. They have played the least of games( 39 ) within the division and this will be crucial to all 4 contending teams. Tampa has played the most  ( 47 ) and has best record in the division while Boston is at 500 and Yanks just one over 500. Nothing is safe yet for any team in The East for sure.

I dont think so. They wont win the division and they would have to jump over the Red Sox and Yankees. Sorry maybe next year.
