Last March 2007 I took my NCLEX in Saipan.Eventually I have been issued with a Visit Visa.I am planning now for a tourist visa for US.I am wandering if the US Embassy or the consul can locate and track my record for that said trip, since I am afraid that the application can be denied because I am a nurse.

  1. Yes, the embassy has digital records of previously issued (and refused) visa applications.

  2. aside from what the other answerer said... when you fill up the form for tourist visa application, any trips to the US and its territories need to be listed... as well as any kind of visas that has been issued to you before.

plus, i'm pretty sure your passport contains the visa that was issued to you when you went to saipan. the consul can just flip through your passport and see it.
