  1. Web Administrators have the full rights with your personal blogs. Once your content will violate the Terms and Conditions expect your blog to be lost with any notice.

  2. it ultimately depends on the type of service you are using, for instance, if you are on a blogging site that needs to maintain a certain image, they may be able to delete things without notice per their Terms Of Service(TOS) agreement.  I'd still say it's bad form to simply delete something ,but perfectly legal.

You need to understand that the administrator has a job to weed out certain types of posts as to maintain an appearance of legitimate subject matter and may over step his bounds for a bit here and there. Talk to the admin and consult the TOS to check (maybe he did violate TOS as he is bound by the agreement as much as you) consider looking into a hosting company where you can pay to post whatever you want or start up a server yourself.

  3. The administrator can do whatever he wants because... he's the administrator.

If you are using a free, public blogging service, they can delete anything they wish for any reason.

It's all spelled out in the Terms of Service that YOU AGREED TO. Read it before complaining about some admin deleting your posts.

If it was your OWN web service that you paid for, you wouldn't be subjected to someone else's rules.

That's the price you pay for using a free service.
