Well, of course they have several specific traits in common.  Likewise humans and fish have several specific traits in common.  Such commonalities do not mean, or even hint, that the two are identical.

Note, however, that scriptural angels are considered to be messengers of God, not beings from another planet.  They are believed to have the ability to take different forms or else to naturally have different forms (burning bush, man, multi-winged creature), but to all serve the same God.

Extra-terrestrials are normally believed to be intelligent beings from other planets.  They are believed to require spacecraft for interplanetary travel (something not required by angels).  They are normally not believed to appear as (identical to) men, nor is there any account that I am aware that an ET has appeared as a burning bush or, for example, as a six-winged creature as described in Ezekiel.

SO, ETs and angels are like humans and fish.  Several similarities, but not the same.
