  1. NO.  Metals worn on the outside of the body have no effect other than placebo (unless you're allergic -- different story).

    Magnets do NOT "increase circulation" either.  They're both popular scams to get money from the gullible.


  2. Wearing copper is helpful. Your body will draw from the copper turning your skin green. When you skin doesn't turn green anymore your not drawing much from the coper anymore. Your body will take what it needs from the copper. I have never tried the magnet ones. I believe the idea behind them has to do with polarity and balancing the poles.

  3. I've used tri-metal magnet bracelets for carpal tunnel and it really works. Magnets increase the circulation and circulation promotes healing.

  4. I have a friend that uses one and says it works for him.
