I don't like the taste of milk by itself at all so i always add to it nescafe, black tea or cocoa so i can drink it. some ppl told me that the milk's benefits go away with these things, is that true?

  1. no, its impossible for it to just magically disappear, its still there just with something added to it.

  2. Do the nutritional benefits of milk go away when its warm? Not at all

You just have to add the nutritional facts of the "additive" with the nutritional facts of the milk.  When I was younger my doctor advised me to put NesQuik into my milk if I didn't like the taste.  He said that there was nothing wrong, except for the added sugar and calories.

    Hope that helps =)
