I'm not sure I understand your question. Do bottom teeth come out? Yes, all of your baby teeth will fall out and be replaced by adult teeth. Are your adult teeth coming through and the baby teeth haven't fallen out yet? If so, go to your dentist and they will pull the baby teeth out -- sometimes they just don't want to fall out on their own but they are very, very simple to remove.
