Do the dollar tree test work as well as name brand test?

Question

Have you ever gotten a neg on a dollar tree test and a positive on a name brand test? Ive heard they work just as well but will a name brand tell you sooner?

They work just as good .. and they're what, a dollar? Whereas Clear Blue & stuff like that are $12-15? I always got the cheap ones, then when I saw about three positives, I bought the expensive one, and it was still a positive. Different brands and prices but same results! :)

i bought 2 dollar store tests and tested a week after my missed period. They both had 2 pink lines within seconds of the urine going on them. I was surprised but I guess they work!

They are dead on accurate! Good luck to you! You will save lots and lots of money on them (if you don't conceive right away) rather than wasting money on the expensive ones!

Yes they do!  The only difference is the price in most pregnancy tests.

They don't work as well, they actually work BETTER. When you pay high prices for a pregnancy test, you arn't paying for accuracy. You are paying for multi million dollar ad campaigns. The dollar tree tests test as low as 25 hcg. They are very very accurate. In fact, they are the same tests that my obgyn uses. An early response test which was supposed to be accurate up to five days before my missed period gave me a false negative three days AFTER my missed period, but if you do go with an expensive test, get a line test. They are much more accurate than digital tests because they allow for a faint positive.

I swear by the dollar tree tests.  I used them with every one of my pregnancies and they have always been accurate for me.

They sure do thats what i used to find out i was pregnant and i found out when i was one day late, saves money to cause they are like 1.05 or something like that better then 15.00 for the same result Good luck

i've never used a dollar tree test, but i've heard a few women say they were accurate!

i've used the off brand tests from walmart and had accurate results each time.

Oh yes they do i had to take three 3 tests casue im ymom didnt want to believe i was pregnant but i took 3 tests from there and they all said i was pregnant and i was:D so yes there accurate:D

I found out at 3 weeks along with the $ Tree test, so, yes, they are accurate.

idk compared to another test, but i took one & it said i was preg & now my sons 3 weeks old. lol
