Do the drivers insurance have to pay my doctor bills?

i had to pull over on the inerstate. i got out my truck. as i went to get back in my truck a car came up the ramp and hit me.. the state troopers put the fault on me. do the drivers insurance still have to pay my medical bills.

If the police say it was your fault,  the other driver's insurance may not pay.  Do you have health insurance?  Have you tried filing a claim?

its your fault because your not suppose to open your door in the line of traffic. your insurance will have to pay your drs. bills, then probably they will raise your insurance.
