Do the effects of car pollution become greater or lesser at higher altitudes?

The same level of toxins are emmited. The only Question is at what rate and time will they reach the ozone. Thats all. But interesting question.

There might be a greater effect at higher altitudes, since there's less oxygen and so the proportion of oxygen to pollution would be less.

Depends how much higher, of course!
