Do the female gymnasts need help with their makeup?

Is a big smear of blue eyeshadow part of the Olympic uniform requirements?

i used to compete in acrobatic gymnastics. (its not in the olympics) one part of the score we got was presentation and appearance. so we had loads of makeup too, but our coaches put it on for us.

Well considering there is rumors of some of them being way under 16, the makeup deffinetly helps.
