Try Excedrin...It has caffeine in it, and that eases your headaches.

I love Excedrin and Aleve for headaches.  You could even try Excedrine Migraine, the best.  I get migraines all the time and so my body wont do anything with advil/tylenol, so I have to take those three and I also had my dr prescribe Imitrex.  Its pretty good for migraines/headaches as well.  Good luck.  feel better soon.
