I was looking through my baby pictures today and I saw that I had blue eyes. Then my toddler pictures, and I saw that my eyes went from blue to dark brown. But now, I'm 15, my eyes are a light amber colour, that sometimes change to green. Is that common in caucasian people?

  1. I think it varies depending on people because I think my parent's eyes are as dark as mine. :)

  2. I got my blue eyes from my mom who now has green eyes. All babies are born with blue eyes, only ones who have inherited them through genes keep them. My mom's eyes still look blue but have aged so they are now a nice green unlike mine that are dark blue.

  3. Many peoples eyes change color over the course of their life. A whole bunch of babies start out with blue eyes, but end up with something else as adults. I myself have light to medium dark grey eyes. In all of my baby pictures, my eyes are brown. In my teenage pictures they are greenish.
