  1. Yes some of them shouldn't be there.


  2. No.  If we didn't have a Supreme Court the way it is, the president or the Congress would have too much power.  The Supreme Court is also instrumental in keeping the public from "ruling by whim", or making popular but ill-informed laws.

  3. Some of them abuse the power. Interpret what is written. If it isn't written it isn't a law.

  4. I think it's more a matter of them abusing their power when they attempt to create legislation...which happens a bit too often for my liking.

  6. In action yes but in theory no----they need to spend more time in taking care that our Constitution is correctly followed in what is written in plain English---not in what they want to think it says---and they need to call up cases that would accomplish this.

  7. No as long as they are fair, true to the Constitution and do the bidding of the people.
