im a daycare teacher that work in a company for bout 2 months after end of this month. during my meeting, my boss annouce that there will be a system that control our salaries! everyday we cannot do any wrong things like having a noisy class, school bags all around, let the students' parents wait too long, n many more for 5 times, our performance salary(50 $) will be cut down little by little! is that fair? i hate my boss n her company! with such low salary n she still gonna cut our salary? d**n her! do u think the reason of my boss of making this such system juz trying to scare us(without even cutting our salary) so that we can do our duties more properly? or is she playing real by cutting our salary if we do 5 times wrong?im quite scare now !
for those who work as teachers, u noe that our salaries r quite not impressive, rite? so it is unfair to cut our salaries n wont gv us any chance at all?
