  1. The only way to stay fit is to eat healthy and workout. If not working just join a sport like dancing or cheerleading or softball. Its an easy way to lose wait and keep you away from being a "fattie" lol

  2. most of the people you see most likely jsut have a fast metabolism. I havea  fast one and i eat a lot and never gain any weight. Some of the guys might do sports and thats why they are fit, also.

  3. well they certainly eat healthy and they might workout

  4. people who are dreadfully skinny don't eat and most likely have eating disorders. Fat people eat too much and don't exercise. People who are fit and healthy looking obviously eat healthy and take care of themselves.  Wow

  5. Hmm...well, it could be that most of the people out there are skinny because they have the confidence to show up at a beach and show off their bodies, while a lot of other people don't...which to me is sad because I think everyone should be confident in their own body...

    Hope I helped =)

P.S. if you want to stay fit, just make sure you don't overeat too much and just try to do little things that you think will keep you fit, such as walking to the store instead of having somebody drive you, walking to school, doing little things like that...but as you said, you're still a kid, so just enjoy life as it is for now! =)
