Do the people of New Jersey make good Pizza Pie? Or does it really suck?

I've heard that the pizza, and the people in Jersey are the same. They suck.. Is that true?

i've just never been there.. I was born in Kingston New York.

i moved from new jersey to florida, and haven't tasted good pizza since. yes, they make good pizza, but NewYork makes the best!

New Jersey has AMAZING pizza.

You just have to find the little hole in the wall neighborhood place  that everyone in town loves.

Where in NJ are you planning on going for Pizza? Perhaps we can assist you further.

Not to sure, I've had it there and it was pretty good. Here, in PA they can't make a good pizza to save there lives. I've found 1 place that makes them fairly good, but not like I had in NY.

There is a good spot in South Amboy, NJ that makes awesome pizza, but for the most part nothing to special.

Pizza places make excellent pizza.  Chain pizza is the same everywhere.....Pizza parlors however, always have excellent pie with fresh dough and ingredients.

They have many great pizza places, lost of Italians, and the people do not suck whoever told you that should GFT.

its not the person who makes a bad pizza - its the water

some pizza places that are originally from brooklyn like the place i order from - they bring in water from brooklyn to make the pizza dough

same with the bagel place i go to - bagel boys in old bridge !!! best bagels anywhere - !!!

I've had some great pizza here in NJ (I happen to live in NJ and I don't suck, I can assure you). There's no need to be mean.

I am a full blown NYer.  The pizza in Jersey is as good and bad as NYC.  Upstate pizza on the other hand has terrible crust and sauce.  Not saying it be rude, but Kingston isn't exactly the cultural mecca of the tri-state area either.
