  1. Not so much.  Tho if polar bears were drowning b/c of the tooth fairy, I might be persuaded.

  2. Just the D/s fairies.

  3. hahaha. prob.

and santa and the easter bunny.

  4. Seriously, there are two aspects of the global warming debate -

    1. Is global warming proven?

    2. If so, is it caused by human activities?

The media encourages us to take it for granted that the answers to both questions is "yes". But even if that is right for question 1 it is a giant leap of assumption to give the same answer to question 2.

The fact of the matter is that, even if global warming is an established fact (which it isn't, as our records don't go far enough back for that to be possible), human activities account for only a tiny part of it, so all the "green" measures and other steps towards reducing carbon emissions, involving severe changes to the way we live, will all be a complete waste as it won't make any appreciable difference.

  5. You are an idiot that knows nothing about global climate change and the forces that unite ALL of us to the world. The tooth fairy is just a small part of what is destroying our planet.  All those decaying teeth that he or she is carrying around have to be emmiting massive amounts of CO2, not to metion the amount of energy required to produce the coins to leave under pillows for the millions of children each day that loose teeth.

It is up to every individual to stop putting teeth under the pillow if you really care about the planet.

That could be the first step to saving the planet. We can figure out how to deal with that chicken hating Easter Bunny, and that capitalist pig Santa Claus later.

  6. nope.

we've learned to take responsibility for our actions.

isn't it about time you did too?

  7. Is human activity increasing the rate of climate changes?

Is the fact that high fructose corn syrup is in everything today causing the tooth fairy to spend so much on teeth that future generations of fairies will be paying for this terror war on HFCS?

  8. The guy rite above me believes in the tooth fairy lol.

I hope Al Gore goes to h**l, and visits the real tooth fairy.

  9. I wish I did. How pleasant it would be to believe in a cute fairy tale instead of the terrible global warming theory.

  10. THE TOOTHFAIRY ISN'T REAL????!!!!!!!!! Lol....

  11. No, but the reverse is true- many people who *don't* believe in GW believe in Adam and Eve and the garden of Eden- even less likely to be true than the tooth fairy.

  12. No,

  13. No, there is no international scientific agreement on the existence of the tooth fairy.

  14. You mean like these guys?

The National Academy of Sciences, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Institute of Physics, the American Chemical Society, the American Geophysical Union, the American Meteorological Association, etc.

"Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich challenged fellow conservatives to stop resisting scientific evidence of global warming"

"National Review (the most prestigious conservative magazine) published a cover story calling on conservatives to shake off denial and get into the climate policy debate"

"Pat Robertson (very conservative Christian leader) 'It is getting hotter and the ice caps are melting and there is a build up of carbon dioxide in the air.  We really need to do something on fossil fuels.”

"I believe there is now more than enough evidence of climate change to warrant an immediate and comprehensive - but considered - response. Anyone who disagrees is, in my view, still in denial."

Ford Motor Company CEO William Clay Ford, Jr.

"The science of global warming is clear. We know enough to act now. We must act now."

James Rogers, CEO of Charlotte-based Duke Energy.

  15. no toothfairy is not in the philippines it is in the america

  16. Actually that is extremely probable. Considering they are able to believe that there is some invisible force that traps all the heat inside the atmosphere that is caused by me putting deodorant on and then getting into my car and starting it up. Yes I think they do still believe in the tooth fairy and why stop there. They probably believe Santa Clause is drowning right now up there in the "melting north pole".

You know I have finally found a home in this global warming section of yahoo answers. So many other people who believe the same truth I do. There is no Global Warming. It is completely natural for the earth to get warmer and colder as sunspots increase and decrease.

  17. No...they've moved on to believing the Inconvenient Truth fairy.

  18. Global warming is real!

    Unlike tooth fairy!

  19. In reality it tends to be the other way around ,

Most deniers are religious and believe in talking snakes and good guys that can fly ,and red bad guys with horns and a tail .

They also believe God is in control ,knows what he is doing and still loves his flock ,even after all the bad things they have done.

if you believe all of that you could believe anything, including Santa Claus and a bunny with eggs.

Still it is better to be prepared than to bet that most of the brains in the country are wrong.

So take care of your Environment ,Humanity depends on it

,Even if they try to convince you that people have done no

    harm to it.

,because this is a outright lie,to opt out of the responsibility

    Are you one of those???

  20. No. Global warming is proven fact.  It's not a matter of "believe"--its a matter of knowledge versus ignorance. And people who "don't believe" in global warming are not "skeptics." They are just ignorant.

  21. I'll admit in believing in the tooth fairy if you admit still believing iraq had nuclear materials (that we didn't give them).

  22. Ugh! Duh! Of course the ToothFairy is real.

  23. If they believed in Santa they'd claim that global warming was a threat to Christmas.   That would scare the kids a lot more than the bit about the polar bears.   Uh, maybe we shouldn't give them any ideas..... That might work - we can prove that they're lying about the polar bears - but Santa, he's not there so they'd probably insist that that's BECAUSE of global warming.

TC high fructose corn syrup isn't in everything - you need to go to Trader Joe's and/or Whole Foods.   And don't give me "I can't afford it" - Trader Joe's is actually cheaper than most supermarkets (they don't carry much fresh food so they don't have nearly as much spoilage, thus translating into better margin some of which they pass on to the customer), and if you can't afford Whole Foods, quit trolling and get a second job.

  24. No, but they believe with their hearts, not their heads.  Faith in AGW comes from the heart, and also a willingness to reject any evidence that doesn't support their beliefs.

  25. wernt you a "PHD" and a climeaolgestsses in your past lives ?
