Well, it definitely won't be as easy as someone who has worked.  Holding a job shows a lot about a person - it shows tenure, responsibility, reliability.  Those are things that you're going to have to really make up for in an interview.  Work on those interview skills super hard.  Sell yourself to the extreme when that opportunity comes up!

  4. No, some employers will find you desirable because you have not been jaded or picked up bad work habits yet.  As long as you have the education someone will give you a start.

  5. Some do...it sucks.  But some employers may be understanding of your lack of work experience...um maybe.

    If you do an internship or two during college, I think it will help you alot.
