Do the people who make money off from global warming really?

Its funny to see how people think...even if its pathetic. Like if your not part of the global warming crowd...somehow your branded a heritic of the new world order of religion or something.

Back when times weren't so politically correct and when you could actually tell someone to get out of your face or go to h**l if they were dead wrong, there were commercials and ad compaigns to conserve energy.

And after all, sure, you could waste energy if you wanted to pay a higher bill, but most people and families were not only responsible and practical, but always had to stay within the budget. So you turned off lights in rooms that no one was in, you would re-use items, or donate them to the Salvation Army or Good Will. Problem now is, some of these enviormental freaks act like if your not willing to trash your whole life or turn it upside down for their hoax, then your "trashing the planet". Some of them get quite whacko on their vision of a human free earth. Lets not forget it was God himself that gave it to us. And although we are charged with being good stewards, that doesn't mean we aren't suppose to invent things to make our lives convenient...like cars, or industrialize so we can make fabric, clothes, etc , etc,

So Al Gore gets a free ride on morality in lying to the world regarding his "climate change" crisis based on bad science and an international award while making a ton of money on his man made crisis that no legitament proof supports.

While the rest of the more intelligent and reserved people have to put up with gas prices soaring because we can't drill for our own oil, or refine our own gas, we have to put up with stupid legislation that hurts the economy and steals more money out of our pockets. And you claim this is all for saving the planet....while China and India continue to be the worse poluters. Come back to common sense people. We are ruining people's lives, creating more bureacracy, giving up liberties and expanding the Government ....all detrimental to the American way of life....all for a hoax.

Companies jumped on the band wagon to make a buck...that's what companies do, "green" technology is nice, and who can argue that saving energy or at least lowering your bills isn't a good thing. But the proliferaters of this need to be brought to justice for swindling the people.

The United states Government brings in over 2.5 Trillion dollars.  European countries more.  If you think the puny oil companies can fund scientists at any rate comparable to Governments of the world that is ignorant.
