Do the product name cages and tunnels have to match?

hi, i have one robo hamster and i bought a Habitrail Mini cage for him.

i changed some of the items in there since the wheel broke and he didnt drink out of the water so i bought him a new wheel, a new water bottle, and a igloo to sleep in.

i bought my Habitrail cage a year ago at a store and moved so i can't seem to find any Habitrail items to add to my cage like tunnels. i want to add some tunnels and i'm wondering if i can buy Crittertrail tunnels to add to my Habitrail cage. i was going to when i was shopping at Petco but wasn't sure if the tunnel would fit since they are different product types and didn't want to return it or waste money if i would have opened it.

I believe that Habitrail, Crittertrail, and S.A.M are all interchangeable.

In my experience, I have used Crittertrail and S.A.M tunnels and tubes on my Habitrail Playground and Safari. But I am not sure about Habitrail Mini since I have never used it.

Best way to check it out would be - take a tape measure and measure the diameter across the cage hole where the tunnel is fixed and using that measurement you can go to Petco and check with them if the other tubes would fit it.

If you already have a tube in your Habitrail cage, take it as a sample and see which of the others fits them.
