  1. i learned some stuff from them.but dont be like my friend and think you dont die in real life.

  2. No,it doesn't.But  the racing or car games will help to improve your driving  skills. To improve your driving skills you need to practing.

  3. Games like these are never a true reflection on how a car really handles. Driving for real is the only way.

  4. Computer games are all about racking up the highest score.  While playing those games will help you hone your reflexes and cut your reaction time, that is not what driving is really about.

Most driving "skills" are not about reacting fast, but are knowing how to drive safely.  Plenty of old people drive very safely without fast reaction times.  For real driving, you have to get into a mindset that allows you to go for long periods of time where nothing exciting happens, but keeping yourself alert, always being ready to react when something does occur.

In the big picture, driving skills are much more all encompassing than just reaction time.  It has to be a mindset of safety - about always trying to put yourself in a position where the risks of accidents are minimized.

  5. To a certain extent yes, but you could not rely on it. It may teach u when to brake and on some games they have a license centre like GT4 and GT5 Prologue. It will teach you about speeds, what speeds you need to be at to go round corners cleanly.

  6. yep!!! i learn't that if i hit a wall or another car nothing will happen and somewhere on my steering wheel (not that i've found it) there is a button marked x that will give me a boost of nos!!!

  7. In the game you're trying to cut corners, run lines, pull the hand brake and lots of stuff we should do on the street. Like come on didn't you play nfsmw and what that lady said in the beginning.

  8. No I don't think so but playing video games help your reflexes and reaction time so people who are good at video games may be a good driver
