records show that this has happend before and the climate is just going through a cycle where it gets warm then cools down drasticlly eventually causing another ice age then it warms up and repeats

it is actually harder for these so called extreme weather patterns to happen if there was global warming which there isnt cough cough because you need warm front cold front not warm front warm front.

It's possible, but we don't really know for sure. A warmer ocean does make hurricane development a little easier.

The severe weather patterns are just that, severe.  They happen all the time, and will continue.  Many states though, have had little to no rain in several days.  But this is also common.  Actually if global warming had anything to do with it, the storms would be less severe because of more even temperatures.  It's been confirmed that if it's too warm, hurricanes lose strength because of wind shear-- the storm can't get organizes enough.

Air masses of different densities create Fronts. When the two collide the colder and usually drier air diverges under the warmer air mass which rises and cools. This can cause forms of unstable weather. Warmer conditions are favorable to severe weather pattern, but to blame man, is preposterous.

Our planet has both cold and warm periods through out is history.
