If I stay my 90 days in france, then return back to the U.S. only to return back to france in about a month, will i be allowed re-entry? I am a U.S. citizen and have yet to get some professional advice about this and have read up on as much as i could regarding the policies with being here legally as a tourist, etc. I know I have to leave the schengen area after 90 days, stay away for 90 more in order to be let back in but if I go back home to my mother country do the same rules apply? I know it might be a dumb question but does anybody know for sure???

I was here in March traveling for about a month and a half, returned to the U.S., and came back again in a month so technically did these regulations apply then?? I know it may sound confusing but Im a little confused myself. They want us to get a visa but they make it extremely difficult to attain one??? any help is much appreciated! thanks a bunch!!!!!!
