Between Junction 4 and 6, anyone know anyone who has been caught?

Yes they do work, one of my work colleagues got a ticket through the post three weeks ago from there. It cost him £60.00and three points on his licence. There are not many of the bloody thimgs that dont work now. Here's a thing, the government minister who introduced them,(I think it was Alister Darling, though I may well be wrong), has six penalty points on his licence for speeding!!(Saw it on top gear). You would think that the govt.(Look, a four letter word), could find other ways of raising revenue.Oops, I seem to be on a crusade here, 'scuse me.........
