Mars Bars

I heard a tune yet

None too soon was

Softly playing as

Breezes swaying were

Calling me to be in

My heart always while

Turning I listened as

Drops of blue glistened

Soft sound of stars were

Calling me up to Mars as

My final rhyme sang is

It now my time to

Be with the ones

Who know

  1. Interesting how the lack of punctuation can make you read it in different beat styles.  Did Jodi Foster inspire the sound in Contact? lol  Very nice.

  2. What an enchanting thought, ears on stars, make a cute

childrens story. Poem is lovely, Kudos

  3. i couldn't understand it much...i'm sorry.

  4. How sublime, the music of the spheres!

  5. uhmm, i think that was really good, but the flow was really, strange.

i think if you could write some music for that, it would make an amazing song!

  6. Now that`s a beautiful, good night poem!

I never heard the song "None too soon" but it must be a comforting song.

Soft music, a soft breeze, stars glowing in the dark sky and a picture in my mind.

Your poem gave me a picture in my mind, of me laying down, on soft, fluffy grass, under the night glowing sky, with a battery operated radio. (in my vision there were no drops of blue)

When a poem gives you a comforting pic in your mind thats a good thing.

  7. You know, I believe you are correct...they do have ears...
