Do the toolbar buttons function the same as ie7 buttons with the firefox add-on that changes them?

I want the favorites " Star" button, I like the way ie7 organizes the favorites, which firefox calls bookmarks, will the ie7 buttons work the same as the do on ie7 on fire fox browser?

It's not an addon, it's a theme. Go to mozilla.com and look through the themes.
