Roy, Aldridge, Frye, Webster

combine that with the new class

Bayless (proved himself during the summer league), Oden, and Rudy Fernandez.

this reminds me of when the blazers had jermaine Oneil and he never played... but when he got traded he became an all star

  1. Blazers don't scare anybody!

  2. It is going to be a great your for those guys.  Even the organization is looking good a getting new fans from the void that the sonics created.

  3. Yes, they do have a bunch of young players and thats what top 5 draft picks year in and year out will get you.  But eventually i can see them moving Webeter and Frye and freeing up room for Oden and etc.  Honestly, im making a pick rite now, a pick i had made a month ago and thats the T-blazers will not even make it to he playoffs this year.  many teams are writing them off cuz Oden is playing his first year.  Yea, i know Oden is good, but i jsut still don;t see it happening.  T-blazers have a bench as thin as floss.

  4. yeah, they don't have enough playing time for their guys. look for them to make a trade by the end of this season.

  5. i'm not sure if the blazers can make the playoffs

    - yeah they have potential but

*they have no allstar on their team

*Greg Oden has yet to play against any real nba competition

he wasnt so great in last years summer league

*the west hasn't got any easier with the clippers in the picture

*if any young team has potential its the warriors with the aquisition of randolph and marcus williams who could become and allstar in the league if he worked hard enough

    not to mention bellineli

*there's no doubt that the blazers have potential- but compared to teams like the lakers and the hornets who are just as young and way more talented blazers wont be at the top anytime soon

    - plus their is a pretty good chance the spurs win this year - based on history and the fact that duncan will be a dominant force till he retires

  6. You can never have too much potential

  7. theres never too much potential

  8. No they dont but i see where your getting because of contracts get huge and they get angry because their peers are starting and they are not, but they dont have to much

  9. OK. Maybe Blazers didn't realize that JO has potential, or maybe JO's attitude killed the coach. You can never have too much potential.
