I very seriously doubt that a muscle can be tightened thru creams..and the most viable way to tighten your "v****a" is seemingly tightening the muscles through strengthening them........Google Kegel exercises....I believe their exercises to strengthen PC muscles or something by which the desired "tightness" can be achieved.......good luck
