yeah they match. it would be really cute if you had a matching bag too! also maybe if it's supposed to be fancy then you should wear a cute necklace and/or some bracelets (probably gold would look best!)

Either color would go, but I think you should stick with the classic black, because the dress is blue (and stands out) you don't want to take away attention from your dress.

The shoes are a foil leather which actually has a more silver undertone than gold. They would go beautifully with the dress!

You can wear your hair up with some nice studs and a gemmed clutch with maybe a few blue crystals. If you don't wanna do the studs you can wear hanging earrings or a beautiful necklace.

A beautiful necklace is all you really need to complement this gorgeous ensemble!
