Question:

Do these sound like symptoms of pregnancy to you?

Do these seem like pregnancy symptoms to you, or could I just be thinking about being pregnant, so therefore I'm seeing symptoms to something that doesn't exist?

I had protected s*x (until the condom broke and we didn't know about it until it was too late, dun dun dahhh!) on August 13th.

It's really been in the last 3 days that things have really developed to a point that I've noticed. I have this weird feeling in my chest, sort of below and to the side (so it's almost in the center of my chest) of my left breast. I would call it heartburn, but I've never had heartburn before. And I've been burping really frequently, which I never do.

I've been nauseous lately (as in the last 2 or 3 days) in the mornings. It lasts from pretty much when I get up and goes away sometime around 10 or 11 in the morning.

Yesterday I was having lower back pain.

Once in awhile (but only lately) I will get a head ache that comes and goes. It's always very fleeting, but I can usually count on it to come back.

So do these things sound like actual symptoms to you? I will definitely find a way to get a pt a little later on if these "symtpoms" continue.

But any help would be greatly appreciated and if you are confused or want me to add details just say so and I will!

  1. Sometimes these symptoms can be due to prengnancy or another medical condition.  See your doctor.  They can do a blood test to tell for sure if you are pregnant.  You can also get caring support and info. at a pregnancy resource center, which you can find by calling 1800395help.  Take good care.

  2. I've only been pregnant once before, but I also had back pain and heartburn(feels like your esophogus is on fire). The nausia could be "morning sickness" which can happen at any time during the day. I, too, burped allot during pregnancy. You really should get a home pregnancy test though. Hope that helps.

  3. well first off... you may not be so dont freak out. the stress of thinking you might be can make a lot of the symptoms show up. it is an actual disorder that some ppl have to be treated for. you can make your body think it is preg just by beleiving it yourself. try not to think about it till you know for sure. some girls are even known to grow the belly and everything.
