Don’t put me on a pedestal

You’ll see my feet are clay

So keep me at eye level,

And all is well today

Don’t expect too much from me,

There’s less than meets the eye,

So shield your eyes and you’ll not see

The chicanery, the deceit, the lie

Roger don't you mean---But  I'm NOT difficult to see!  you wrote:

But I'm difficult to see Because there's so much of me.

Doesn't quite make sense the rest was good!

  4. Not me.

    There's more than meets the eye;

    No pedestal too high--

Your feet are made of clay,

But mine are rock. They stay.

    If you can connect

You'll get more than you expect,

    But I'm difficult to see

Because there's so much of me.

  5. Maybe at times, but not all of the time or everyday.

  6. hmm i guess at times it may seem that way but not all the time.its really good.
