iam going to the phillies game tonight and j-roll has accused phillies fan's being "front runners" does poser mean the same thing?

  1. "front runners" means that a group or team is currently ahead. It's more like a statement of fact than an accusation. A "poser" or "poseur" is someone who poses as something without really being it. A woman who wears knockoff designer clothes and flashy CZ jewelry to pass herself off as rich would be a poser, for example.


  2. A front runner is a person who only cheers for a team when they are winning.  They disappear when the team is down.
