  1. I agree with everyone.  Yes to cameras. NO to flash.

  3. yes they do.  I was allowed to bring my camera into the louvre, but you may have to turn the flash off.

  4. yes, they allow cameras but without flash, and be careful to follow the signs as you can't take photos in certain sections eg in the area where the Mona Lisa is situated.
