Do they allowed laptops on the airplane when it is in the air?

ok well i am going back and i want to now if they allowed laptops when it is faling in the air not when it is lifting off

"please note that all personal gaming and entertaining systems such as laptops, portable DVD, mp3 and gaming consoles can be used after takeoff but must be turned off and stowed away during landing, note from the FAA that cellular phones and any other device that uses a antenna must be switched off for the FULL duration of today's flight."

You can use your laptop as long as the wireless Internet is disconnected, in addition if you have WIFI you need to turn it off so that it does not interfere with the communication system.
