  1. Hummm... It's been so long since I applied for my FM-3 that I don't remember, but you have to provide your PASSPORT to get it and if you have a felony on your record then you probably don't have a passport... so I'd say it's a self limiting situation.

  2. if your a u.s. citizen, no. I've been to Mexico 3 times in the past 4 years and they never asked me about my felony. Now if you go to Canada, thats a entirely different scenario.

  3. No.

  4. Well I also go to Mexico every year and when you get there you need to show them your passport and they see all you records in the computer and when you get to leave you need to press a button that turns eather green or red and if you get green you get to pass if you get red they need to find a little more bout you .   But the answer is NO

  5. No your fine. You will get the tourist visa paperwork / form on the flight and hand that to custom's with your passport and your golden. They dont ask about anything criminal on the form - they I guess trust the country that issued your passport to weed out criminals.

Your golden - enjoy your trip..............
