  1. I always thought that food and clothing were never taxed because you need them, unlike videogames which are taxed...and I thought that was everywhere...maybe I'm wrong.

Clothing?  Cool!  Tell me where; I wanna shop there now 'cause summer's here and I'm looking to get a whole new wardrobe for the season  :-)  All kidding aside, I believe groceries (edibles) are the only things not taxed (state level) but depending on the municipality/locality/city, whatever, a tax may be levied on food (to answer your question - in Arizona).
