Do they check ID at doors in london's night club ?

Hello everyone, I'm new here. Well, I'm 17 years old and this summer I'm going to London with my best friend. I would like to know if they check ID at doors in night clubs ? Cuz' we would like to go clubbin' there, he's 19 years old, so if I go with him, could I enter in 18+ night clubs ? Or will they ask me to show my ID card ?

There's no guarantee either way. If you loOK older than you are and your with a friend that has ID then you should be ok, it does depend on which clubs you go to though alot of west end clubs are tight on the door anyway if they don't like the look of you. But if you go to the right places you'll be fine. I don't know if you are male or female but girls have it easier!

depends on how old you look. if you do look young, you may be able to get away with lying about ur age if you look and dress good. that's what i was lucky enough to do when i was underage.
