Do they drug test and/or cavity search you when you go in to get your drivers license?

  1. No, drug testing is unconstitutional and is only preformed in job related issues and situation requiring it to be hired or if you are getting a commercial drivers license (CDL).  Cavity searches are also unconstitutional and again only is special situation will they be preformed, entering any state or federal prison, and air port if security has suspicion that you are carrying something illegal onto an air plane.

    So don't give it another thought, and if someone is telling you this don't listen to them because, both of these violate you US Constitutional rights.  Your 4th amendment rights.   The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
