my friend wants to go as Borat for Halloween this year.

Yeah you can put that together with bits and pieces from various stores like Goodwill, Walmart, Target, etc. All he needs is a gray suit, a mustache, crazy hair and the accent!

Search around for them.  He might get lucky and find a Borat costume.

Make sure he goes trick or treating and get lots of candy.
