i assume you are talking about a navigation system and radar detector in one... there are several systems out there that are radar detectors and use a gps to identify where and how fast the radar signal is coming.  

in addition, there are a few systems out there that are a navigation system and radar detector.  i have been looking myself.  HOWEVER, the only ones i have come across in the last few weeks of looking are all in Europe and the UK.  the pogodrive from pogo gps is from the UK and indago and snooper syrius are from europe... which means europe's streets and camera locations are programmed in... i am continuing my search however and will be more than happy to relay any updates i have to you

on a final note...i honestly believe that if there was such out there in the US that there would be too big of a market NOT to be found... im sure it is just a matter of time until the US realizes how big that market might be
