  1. No there's really no dish with Chesse in it that's really traditional...my family's chinese and my dad did talk about some type of cheese that they made to put in eggs and stuff but that was rare and barely anyone had it...china isn't a very dairy country...there's cows and stuff but really no cheese...and if there was the odds of people still keeping it are pretty big even if there's like a billion people in China...sorry

  2. The Chinese are only recently acquiring any kind of major cheese culture.  Cheese is one of the major things that the Chinese import these days, where China is typically an export country.  Cheese is becoming more popular, but it isn't a major part of traditional Chinese cuisine.

The Chinese do eat fermented tofu, which some people refer to as the "Chinese cheese."

  3. chinese people dont usually eat dairy product like milk and cheese but in western chinese food there are baked rice with cheese.

  4. In the past, most Asian's that were not "Americanized" would find the fermenting of milk into cheese that a person would actually eat to be very discusting.

Go figure though, Thousand year old eggs and tofu don't rate high on my list of good eats.

This is why you don't see cheese in Asian cuisine. The closest you will come is yogurt cheese in East Indian cookery.

Times are changing though some countries like China are embracing some of the Western culture. This means they are importing cheeses at a high rate. This is good for the US and other economies and helps offset the trade deficit.
