Yes they do, and you'll have to visit an Apotheke to get it.  What you need is referred to in German as 'säureneutralisierend' - which basically translates into acid neutralizer.  If the pharmacist still gives you a funny look, tell him you need it to battle stomach/gastric acid, in German 'Gegen Magensäure'
