Do they have automatic street bikes?and what model shows what gear you are in?

I want to get a stree bike but I dont know how to shift???I also seen on utube that there was a street bike that you can see what gear you are in what models could I look for with automatics or with visual gear option

Automatic street bike?  It's called a scooter

You won't find a fully automatic sportbike. There are however fully automatic bikes that look like harley's, they are made by a company called ridley.

Hontestly, your best option is just to learn to shift. Maybe if you have a friend/family member with a bike you can ask them to teach you. Shifting isn't that hard once you get the hang of it.

Yeah old honda CB750 auto. That is 1970's old bike. I had rode old honda with automatic that show you what gear are in. I am not sure the year. It been for years ago. I been work motorcycle shop years ago and work on Honda CB750 A.

And I found out the new Honda Automatic is in other country. And They talking about to get this bike into USA. But no confirm yet.

Sportsbikes don't come with automatic gears.Book some lessons with a riding school,you'll learn to use gears in no time.
