    I've been to mexico 16+ times and everytime i've used the same outlet...no problems before.

  4. yes 110V is the norm throughout Mexico. A word of advice would be to bring a 3 to 2 adapter, in other words the adapter that removes the ground or third part of your plugs. Most placer will only have a two place receptacle. I have lived for some years in Mexico and keep several of these throughout my house.

  5. I have been to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Xtapa and Progresso Mexico. They use the same type outlets in those cities that we use here in the states.

  7. yessir! ive been down as far as nicaragua, and its all the same as here! i was a little scared too! lol

    but youre pretty safe as long as youre on the american continent as far as power plugs go

  8. Yep I lived in Mexico City for 3 years and regularly travelled to the states and can assure you that the power outlets are the same :)
