  1. for most schools (well mine at least) they do weigh you in gym class or in the nurse's office. but before you get too worried the person weighing you won't shout out your weight- especially if its above average- that would just be cruel and probably breaks confidentiality laws, so don't freak out about it too much.


  2. No. I think you can refuse if you want.  But its most likely for your own good. As long as they dont yell out your weight, it should be ok.  They probably want to get an idea of where you are at so if you are overweight they can help you out.  Its for the best, just make sure they dont tell anyone.

  3. Yes and it's done during physical testing in gym. It's just to check back on things and see what has changed and improved. Also the teacher tells others to give you some space --usually the students have common sense to give you some privacy and after you are done you go tell your teacher so he/she can record it. It's not painful or stress worthy unless you honestly have anxiety problems or something. It'll be okay! If anyone bugs you tell another student or the teacher. It's your privacy.
