Carters goes up to a 6 in kids.  They might not have it in a department store, but they have them in the Carters Outlet Stores

They sure do!  I find JCPenney's carries a lot of Carters...

Yes, but you need to go to a Carter's Outlet store.  Other stores that carry Carter's products usually only carry the baby sizes, not the toddler sizes  :)
